Chen Tai Chi & Qi Gong
This class introduces the Chen Taiji form Silk-reeling exercises and Qi Gong,
which form the foundation of the Tai Chi system. Chen style Tai Chi incorporates
both martial arts & health benefits, promotes lifelong physical wellness,
improves mind-body connection, and physiological functions. 10 weeks. Instructor

This yoga class is a continuation of Yoga-Beginning. You will not only learn
more poses, but you will begin to refine the poses you learned in
Yoga-Beginning. You will gain more strength, flexibility, body awareness and
relaxation techniques. Students who have had prior yoga experience are welcome.

This class will use easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions that will provide
a sound basis for intermediate level projects. We will incorporate stress
reduction techniques, as well as skills that will enable you to unleash your
