What we do: Each person receives a script and is designated one of the characters. If your character is Ann, each time Ann’s line shows up, you read her lines. Acting experience is not necessary. This class will now include Pilates, a combination of movements to strengthen your entire body. Sort through your closet for nice clothes that never seem to get worn. Bring them to the women’s clothing swapping event and shop for a whole new wardrobe - FREE. Have fun trying on new looks and consider wearing things you never thought you’d look good in. Bring only clean clothes in good repair - any size. Clothing designed to be worn by women or neutral gender clothes welcome. Also bring accessories: shoes, purses, jewelry, scarves, hats, etc., (only things that can be worn) and some clothes hangers. Hapkido, Self Defense
Hapkido, a Korean martial art, combines traditional kicking and punching with self-defense techniques and grappling as well. All levels are welcome. Bring grappling gloves and a yoga mat for floor exercises. Reiki Therapy I & II
Learn the traditional hand positions of giving a Reiki treatment and a self-treatment, how and when to use Reiki as a complement to Western Medicine. Each student will receive a tuning to help you to safely and effectively tap into the flow of Reiki energy. You’ll give actual treatments to each other.
